I’m Lainey the Life Genie - a mindset, lifestyle and small-business coach with a love of dogs, beaches, sunshine and all things positive!

It might sound a bit "woo-woo", but I believe if you fill each day with the people and things that make you happy, smile, laugh... then there's less room for the sad, stressful stuff to seep in and spoil the mood.
